As discussed during last year’s ORG Conference Round Table, we are excited to present the Orthodontic Laboratory Pricing Survey. This initiative is designed to gather valuable insights into the prices labs across the country are charging for their appliances.
Your participation is completely anonymous—all responses are automatically collected through JotForm and will remain confidential. If you don’t make a particular appliance listed in the survey, simply skip that item.
The compiled data will be shared and analyzed in a special session at the 2026 ORG Conference & Expo, offering what may become the most comprehensive orthodontic lab pricing survey ever conducted.
